I had a severe hump, so during my first surgery they shaved the hump and did lateral osteotomy, but if I do a full removal, I feel like my nose will become too flat ㅜㅜ So while removing it, I want to slightly shave the lateral side of the nasal bridge too and make it slimmer. Is that possible? Is there anyone here who has had surgery like this?
