Nose Re-Surgery

Please look at my nose Please help Can I do an early correction…

<Right after removing the splint><Yesterday (day 15)><Yesterday (day 15)><Current condition of the nasal tip><Current 45-degree angle (tip cartilage visible); the hospital told me to wait>Guys, I had surgery on 2/6, so today is day 16. I understand that I had 3.5 mm silicone, and autologous rib cartilage plus septal cartilage used for the nasal tip. They said they were able to reuse the ear cartilage that was used during my first surgery last year. But my nose is way too pointy, and the tip seems too high, so if anyone had a nose like this or has seen this around them, please help me.. They said that because my nasal skin is thin, they also put as much cartilage as possible under the nasal tip, more than they usually would, so it would look less pointy. And the cartilage is showing through white at the nasal tip, and it is very slightly darkish, but it has not gotten worse. I went to the hospital, and they said it is because the skin has been stretched, and that it will disappear if I wait. They said shaving down one piece of cartilage is simple, and that after waiting, if I still do not like it after 6 months, we can remove one piece of cartilage. But I am wondering if I should get a consultation for early correction even now. I will upload photos, so please take a look
