I know that if the capsule is left in place, the nasal bridge can become higher because of the capsule, but then if the capsule is removed and everything is removed, wouldn't it just become similar to my original nose or spread out even more? There would only be my own cartilage left, so can it really be halfway between my original nose and my operated nose?
