My natural nose has a nasal bridge, but the nasal tip was just a bit droopy. When removing it, I’m wondering if it would be okay to take out the silicone and just keep the nasal tip a bit lifted, but I heard that they shave down the bone a little so the silicone adheres well, so I’m confusedㅠㅠ Would it be better to leave even a very thin layer of silicone in place?
