2 years ago, I had my first surgery without knowing much at a place that is advertising heavily now, and now I can’t breathe well through one side of my nose. I don’t know if it’s because of the septal extension, but only one side is thick, cartilage is bulging out, and it feels like the alar cartilage has drooped and is stuck. I went for a consultation at PRM, and they said it’s not a difficult nose, there’s no inflammation or contracture, and the silicone is also a bit lifted, so it can be removed easily. But I can’t really find many reviews for PRM, seriously If anyone here has had it done, is planning to, or knows someone around them who did, please comment, save me

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoDec 3 What would everyone do in this situation?
