I had early removal after nose surgery, and since around week 3 after surgery, there’s been a smell like boogers or a philtrum smellㅠㅠ Some people say this can happen if you have dissolvable sutures, but it’s bothering me so muchㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
