In 2010, I had surgery with an L-shaped silicone temporal fascia, and last November I had a full removal surgery at ㅍㄹㅁ. At that time, I was debating whether to only remove it or reshape it again, but the surgeon said, “don’t be too ambitious—just do a full removal, and later it would be better to either get filler or do surgery again,” so I only did the removal… I want to do a re-revision surgery again If there is someone good at a second revision rhinoplasty that looks natural (not pointy) and secondary canthoplasty of the lower lid/eye area, can you share? For now I’m thinking of four places total: ㄴㅌㅡ ㅂㅣㅇㄱㄹ 위ㅂㅅ.
