Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

No implant, but contracture? Could these be inflammation symptoms?

I deleted the photos My primary surgery was in 2012: open rhinoplasty for a hump, septum, and nasal tip. My revision was in 2013 at the same hospital: only the nasal tip was lowered through a closed approach. My third surgery was in 2019 at a different hospital: the nasal tip was lowered once more through an open approach, and my crooked nasal tip was corrected. My first surgery made my nose completely pointy and it was botched, so I’ve had surgery three times without any implant. Still, since it was implant-free, I felt somewhat reassured about contracture or inflammation. But yesterday, after I woke up, the inside of my right nostril suddenly became swollen, hard, and painful, literally overnight ㅠㅠ Could this be a symptom of contracture?
