Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Footwork sharing (let’s share what we know together)

I’ll write down the hospitals I’ve gone around and consulted at.

ㅂㄹㅋ- The director was extremely kind. I had a comfortable consultation, asked everything I was curious about as much as I wanted, and I have issues with asymmetric nostrils and a deviated columella, so he showed me lots of surgery photos related to that. They had improved a lot. So I even put down a deposit, but the fact that it’s an ENT clinic bothered me. And since this is my revision of a revision surgery, I did expect the cost to some extent... (sniffle) but it was really quite a lot. If you leave a private comment, I’ll share the price.

I didn’t like the consultant. Her attitude wasn’t great either. She said they’d give a discount if I brought a huge amount in cash. Is that even a thing? That large amount?

The second place was @@. First of all, there were a lot of Japanese people. I was really scared because this would be a revision of a revision surgery. During the consultation, when I showed hesitation about the surgery, the director started saying harsh things? Was he annoyed that I wasted his time? When he needed to make money? It felt extremely unpleasant. I think their aftercare would be bad too, so I’m passing on this place as well. (Since it’s a negative review, if you leave a private comment, I’ll share it.) This was 1 year ago, and after going to those two hospitals, I gave up on the idea. But people keep looking closely at my asymmetric nostrilsㅜ I can put up with the deviated columellaㅜㅜ but the asymmetric nostrils are so embarrassing.

In the end, I’m planning to have surgery this winter..

I’ve narrowed down the places I’ll go for consultations to 2. ㅅㄱ- Lee Joo-cheol. Looking at review photos, he seems to have excellent aesthetic sense. But they don’t do CT scans, and apparently he checks both sides of the nasal septum with a cotton swab. Of course, I know they can only judge the condition accurately after opening it up.. but as someone who is a J type, I’m a bit worried that the surgery might proceed somewhat improvisationally. He’ll open it and then decide? Then that means he doesn’t think of a pre-op plan, right?ㅜㅜ Is that right? Of course, I haven’t had the consultation yet, so I haven’t heard about the surgical process. I’ll share after I go. If you have good info, let’s share together. ㅈㅇㅌ( ㅔㅣㅣ) There seem to be 3 directors. Who is good at handling autologous rib cartilage and can correct nostril asymmetry well? There’s also a female director, so please share info. (I feel like I’d be more comfortable with a female director..) ㅍㄴㅅ- The premium evaluations are the best, right? They said they take a rib cartilage CT scan and even check the degree of rib cartilage calcification. I was drawn to them because they seem systematic tooㅜㅜ but there’s just one thing that bothers meㅜㅜ I’ll share this too if you leave a private comment.

Among the hospitals I’ll consult at, I’m most drawn to ㅅㄱ in terms of aesthetic sense, and in terms of being systematic, I’m drawn to ㅍㄴㅅ.
