For my first surgery, I had it done at that famous hospital everyone knows, but as time passed it became more pointed and the cartilage showed through, so it looked way too obvious that I had my nose done. I had revision surgery after 3 years, and I kept emphasizing and emphasizing that I wanted the nose to be round and natural. If the swelling goes down from here, it’ll come down a bit more, right?
