It’s been 2 years since I had rhinoplasty (osteotomy + donated rib cartilage + silicone). There are no side effects, but I’m really disappointed with the shape. Would it be right to get revision surgery? It looks like a bulbous nose, and my nostrils show a lotㅠ After the surgery, even the doctor said it was disappointing and redid the nasal tip, but there’s still not much differenceㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
