My nose is high, so I’m thinking of removing the silicone and lowering the nasal tip a bit. Can removal surgery also cause side effects like contracture?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
