I think it’s been about 5-6 years since my nose surgery... If I get the silicone removed now, will contracture happen?? Is there anyone who can give advice?? I had it done with ear cartilage and silicone... Since I had a bulbous nose, I also had correction done at the same time.... I don’t really have any side effects, but they say having an implant in your nose is like living with a time bomb... I’m anxious and feel like I might get contracture too... I’m just uncomfortable worrying that inflammation might happen, and I regret it, so I want to take it out... Is there anyone who can tell me hospital recommendations, estimates, reviews, and whether contracture happens?? I’m curious whether it changes a lot after removal

lollol123 I genuinely think silicone removal was a brilliant move.. My nasal tip was getting red and the shape looked weird too, so I had the silicone removed at ㅍㄹㅈ, but the price varies so much by person that it’s hard to say.. But it was the cheapest among the places I went to for consultations, yeah. And after removal, it didn’t change that much. It was much better after removing it
두두연 I’m also looking at hospitals now, and they said it’s not contracture, but shrinkage does happen..ㅠ I hope it doesn’t happen, but I guess this also varies by person
