What I wanted was a rounded nasal tip... I kept asking and asking until right before going into surgery... When the splint was removed, it looked so different from the edited consultation photo that I cried and begged them to please do an early correction, but the clinic said it was swelling and told me to wait. It has been 2 months now, and as the swelling goes down, it is becoming an even slimmer Pinocchio nose, and there is also an indentation on my nose I seriously feel like I’m going crazy. Since I had autologous costal cartilage, I don’t think the nasal tip will come down much more. I made a big decision and came back to Korea after a long time to have revision surgery, but having it go wrong again this time is even harder emotionally Has anyone here only lowered the nasal tip??! Please let me know I’m begging you

깰롤 Wow, it’s so similar to my nose lol I’m 3 months post-op now, and that shape won’t change. As for the nasal tip dropping, because they made the nose long toward the front in the first place, when viewed from above it turned into a hooked-looking nose. And if you only do the nasal tip, there will end up being a step-off with the nasal bridge, so they said both have to be done. My clinic says they’ll do revision surgery for me as aftercare at 6 months.
