I’m having removal surgery next week, and I was worried the nasal tip might become very broad and flat, so I decided to leave the nasal tip, but not leave everything. We decided to remove the columella and nasal septum, and operate by stacking only on the nasal tip. But I’ve heard things like if it’s removed this way, there won’t be support and it will collapse. If anyone here has had surgery with this method, please share information ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ I’m so worried ㅠㅠㅠ
