Hi. These days, since I haven’t been coming into this community as often, I think my mind has found a period of stability. When I occasionally come in, I see a lot of people here who are worrying and feeling anxious about removal, just like I was a few months ago. In the early period after removal, I was scared of the contraction phase and scared of future changes, so I think I came into this community often. These days, I’m trying to live without paying attention to my nose, and I actually do end up living that way. Comments still sometimes get added to my old posts.
