If the nose developed contracture because the inflammation was severe, using silicone would feel burdensome, right? Usually, when doing revision surgery in this kind of case, is it right to think in the direction of no implant or using cartilage? During my first surgery, only septal cartilage was used. I didn’t use any other cartilage. The silicone has been removed now. The inflammation was severe, so I’m looking at R U and Nose Lab The Hada.
