Hello, 1 year ago I had revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage for septal extension. Maybe because of the septal extension, my nasal tip has become longer than before, and I really hate the feeling that it becomes an arrow-shaped nose when I smile (because the nasal tip gets pulled) I feel like it would be enough to lift only the nasal tip angle a little, but I’m scared to have a major revision surgery Is it possible to have revision surgery just to lift the nasal tip angle upward?? Or would I have to remove everything and go into revision surgery again?? How can this be resolved?? I also have a wedding coming up, so I desperately need your opinions
