I just got my nasal cartilage tying undone, and the first photo is how it looks now. From the front, my nostrils look like this. Even when the cartilage was tied and it looked pinched, they said it would be fine once the swelling went down, so I don’t trust them. They’re saying my original nasal framework was like this, but what kind of nonsense is that?
