ㅌㄹㄷ / ㄴㄴㅏㅗ Anyone who knows these clinics, please comment!!

Mine is a revision surgery. It’s hard to even count which number it is. The skin keeps getting thinner, the cartilage protrudes unevenly and bumpy, and one nostril has adhesions of the inner tissue, so it’s become too small and squashed. I kept thinking maybe I should just live like this, but when I look at this nose, I can’t, so I’m looking into clinics. The places I’m looking at this time are Naㄴㅗ and ㅌㄹㄷ, which opened in Myeong-dong! 1. ㄴㄴ I already had a consultation last year. Here, they said they would reuse the costal cartilage that’s currently in there, lower the height, and correct it minimally. They also said I need to get stem-cell injections, and suggested getting one during surgery. They said my skin is too thin and tight. The director’s style isn’t exactly the type to point things out clearly and firmly, but he answered everything I asked. That day I was having such a hard time with norovirus, but reservations were so tight that I dragged my sick body there, so honestly I don’t remember muchㅠ Still, somehow I liked it and thought this was the clinic I should do it at. 2. ㅌㄹㄷ This place is also really famous. I haven’t had a consultation here yet. But even after just a little searching, the consultation reviews are scary... They say the director here won’t operate if things don’t sit right with him, so I’m a bit anxious lol Since my nose is in bad condition, I feel like he’ll say he won’t do it ..ㅠ Is there anyone here who knows these two clinics??
