I want to remove the autologous costal cartilage columellar strut extension, leave only the support strut, and use ear cartilage for the nasal tip with a rotation graft, because I want somewhat natural movement and because of the foreign-body sensation. But the clinic that did it only with autologous costal cartilage says that if I do that, the shape could collapse and eventually I may have to build it back up again with costal cartilage. Is that true? If anyone here has done something like this and used donated dermis for the nasal bridge, please share your insight ㅠㅠ please ㅠㅠ
