To correct my bulbous nose, I had open surgery for septal extension, fat removal, and ear cartilage grafting. But I didn’t like the pointed nasal tip and the hard feeling, so I had to consider removal surgeryㅠ But if I removed everything, I was worried about the shape, and I wanted a closed approach, so I had a lot on my mind and went around to many places for consultations. Then, as my last stop, I went to a clinic I found through a blog. I heard the director was really meticulous and kind during consultations, so I brought photos of the shape I wanted and printed out and organized several before-and-after surgery photos. The director explained everything in detail and clearly sorted out what was possible and what wasn’t, so despite it being an open approach, I decided to have surgery there. If you go for a consultation, you’ll really be able to feel that the director is more meticulous than any other director. The open-surgery scar is also really hard to see unless you’re specifically trying to look for it. During the surgery, I only had light sedation, so I was talking while having the surgery. After it was over, I checked the removed material through photos, and the director kindly explained how the surgery went. I was satisfied with the result and was going to post a review right after, but I decided to watch it for about a year before posting, so I’m only posting nowㅠㅠ Of course, since it’s a surgically operated nose, there’s still some scar tissue, so it hasn’t become completely soft, but it’s much softer than before, I can make a pig nose to some extent, and the shape is more natural than before. Even after surgery, whenever I have concerns, I go ask about them, and they always answer kindly! I also worried so much, and I’m grateful to the director, so I’m posting this!
