I think it has been about 20 years since my first nose surgery (late 30s). When would be a good time to have revision surgery? I had it done with silicone, and now it feels like the nasal bridge may have sunk... If I don’t tell people, they don’t even know I had nose surgery, to the point that it’s natural, maybe too natural. So around 5 years ago, I even got semi-permanent fillers like Artecoll a few times over the silicone from the nose surgery. People around me say that at this point I should get a nose revision, so I’ve been looking at nose revision reviews on this community and other apps to see how many years people usually wait before doing it again. But I don’t particularly have any side effects, so I’m curious about the timing. I see that nose revision surgery can also have a lot of side effects, so I’m worried that touching it for no reason might cause problems. Does anyone know when a nose without side effects should be revised????

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
