I currently have inflammation in my nose, but I’m in a situation where I can’t go to the hospital that did my surgery. So I want to get tested for inflammation. Please recommend a hospital that tests for nasal inflammation, not just general inflammation. For a bacterial test inside the nose, can they only find out by making an incision inside the nose? Is there no way to know before surgery? Everyone here who has had inflammation testing, please let me know

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
