ㅠㅠㅠ everyone, I’m 2 weeks post-op from nose implant removal + septal repositioning But my nasal tip looks pinched like ㅣ ㅣ You know when you look from underneath upward? The nostrils are like eggs? They’re kind of vertically long ovals, and the upper part is more pointed At first I wondered if my columella had gotten freaking long, but honestly the columella is only slightly longer than the nostril wings, very subtly, about 1.5 mm..? If the columella is too short, it gives an upturned-nose look, so after looking closely, I think my nose looks like Squidward because it’s pinched The director says it’ll become rounder later and that my columella isn’t long either, but will the nasal tip really become rounder?? The fortunate thing is that from the front, the nostrils don’t look like ㅅ. From the front they’re round and the nostrils aren’t very visible, it just looks like Squidward.. Please help me ㅠㅠ I need opinions..

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
