Has anyone had revision rhinoplasty?

Usually people do seem to use autologous costal cartilage, but even if they harvest rib cartilage and manage the scar with scar ointment, I’m not that meticulous, so I just did it with donated rib cartilage at Louvre.

Are you going to do nostril reduction? If it’s a revision, autologous costal cartilage is good, but there are people who do it with donated rib cartilage too. Lowell is said to be good at making it slim, so try going there.

Are those two places famous for revision surgery too? I’m considering Young & Young, Misoyu, The Nan, and Kowon..

A lot of people do it with autologous costal cartilage. If you’re going to use rib cartilage, they say you need to go somewhere that’s good at it. That’s why I did mine at ㅇㅇB too.

If it’s revision surgery, you need to minimize various risks, so a lot of people use autologous costal cartilage. The fixation strength too, hmm.. I think it would be good to look more, but personally I recommend Highend. The incision area is small, and they’re said to handle rib cartilage well too.

It doesn’t absolutely have to be autologous costal cartilage, but since side effects are likely to be fewer, look into hospitals that handle rib cartilage well. ㅈㅇJun is famous too, so check it out!
