When you had revision surgery, did everyone use either autologous costal cartilage or donated rib cartilage? I originally had septal cartilage and silicone, but is doing revision rhinoplasty with donated rib cartilage not that good? I keep seeing everyone use autologous costal cartilage.. After surgery, the hump is okay, but the bulbous nose is still the same, so please recommend somewhere that handles this well... How are Lowell ㄱㅈㅇ and Intro ㅂㅅㅈ??
요한쩌리 Usually people do seem to use autologous costal cartilage, but even if they harvest rib cartilage and manage the scar with scar ointment, I’m not that meticulous, so I just did it with donated rib cartilage at Louvre.
코재술 Are you going to do nostril reduction? If it’s a revision, autologous costal cartilage is good, but there are people who do it with donated rib cartilage too. Lowell is said to be good at making it slim, so try going there.
단답하지마흥 Are those two places famous for revision surgery too? I’m considering Young & Young, Misoyu, The Nan, and Kowon..
둥이둥이둥이 A lot of people do it with autologous costal cartilage. If you’re going to use rib cartilage, they say you need to go somewhere that’s good at it. That’s why I did mine at ㅇㅇB too.
태권보이 If it’s revision surgery, you need to minimize various risks, so a lot of people use autologous costal cartilage. The fixation strength too, hmm.. I think it would be good to look more, but personally I recommend Highend. The incision area is small, and they’re said to handle rib cartilage well too.
반바바 It doesn’t absolutely have to be autologous costal cartilage, but since side effects are likely to be fewer, look into hospitals that handle rib cartilage well. ㅈㅇJun is famous too, so check it out!
로얄허쉬 I had revision rhinoplasty at Nana Riㅇㅈ. I had both the bridge and tip done, and before surgery, my nasal bridge looked like chalk and my nasal tip was blunt, you know? Now it turned out naturally and nicely, so I like itㅜ After my first surgery failed, I almost had a mental breakdown, but it improved wellㅎ

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
