I had my deviated nose corrected and supported with septal cartilage, but they raised my nasal tip without me wanting it, so I don’t like the shape either. The foreign-body sensation isn’t as bad as I expected, so I’m thinking of having it removed. The hospital where I had the surgery says they’ll do it for free, but my face matters more than the money, so if there’s something special about it, I’m thinking of going to a hospital that specializes in removal. Is there anything special about it
