I want to get AS at the hospital where I had my nose surgery last year, but at that time they only used septal cartilage and ear cartilage. Since I am getting surgery again anyway, I want to use autologous costal cartilage. If I use autologous costal cartilage, does that mean it has to be a full revision surgery?? Also, I am scared that if I use ear cartilage again, I might get a side effect of drooping later ㅜ
