It feels like their attitude changes after revision surgery

When I went for a consultation for revision surgery, the doctor looked at my nose and said, “Your nose is pretty, so why did you come?” and said the surgeon who did my first surgery had done a good job too. So I thought they were being honest, and they were kind and the consultation was long. It felt like we were making a plan together, so I really liked it and thought, let’s just do the revision surgery here, and I did it. After my first surgery, something like a stitch was sticking out from the cartilage area inside my nose, and when I told them, they looked at it with an endoscope camera and said, “This is a stitch, so it would be good to remove it or cut it,” and that they would remove it during the revision surgery. So I believed them. After the surgery, I visited after removing the splint because it seemed like there was a step-off, but they said the line came out well for this level and that it was still swelling and things like that, so I just said okay and left. Then about two weeks later, when I was applying ointment inside my nose with a cotton swab, I inserted it a bit deep, and I felt the same stitch-like foreign material in the exact same spot. I lightly put my finger in, and that same stitch could be felt in the exact same place. So I went to the clinic the next day and said I could feel a stitch, and asked if they had not removed it during the revision surgery. The doctor looked and then said, “Why are you doing everything I told you not to do? Why did you put that in there to check?” They said that what felt like a stitch during the revision surgery had been something like a very fine hair, so it could not even be felt, and that they had already pulled it out.. No, I obviously know that what I’m feeling is not hair, and before the revision surgery, when they looked inside with an endoscope, they said it was a stitch and that they would remove it. It seems like they forgot and didn’t do it, but now they’re telling me that it was something like a tiny fine hair that could not even be felt, and that they already removed it. They told me to stop worrying about it and said, “At this point, it’s an illness.” They said this outside the consultation room, in front of all the staff. The staff were all really reading the room, and they looked at me with such pity and patted my back.. Honestly, I almost cried, but I didn’t cry, and at the end I just smiled and said, “Everything you say is right, doctor~” and left. Anyway, I had gone there just because if the doctor had forgotten to remove it, I simply wanted to know whether they could cut it like they had said, but they treated me as if I had come to nitpick and complain, so I was shocked. That kind, warm, honest-looking attitude was nowhere to be found lol. Maybe they were annoyed because I went twice, but since it’s revision surgery, isn’t it natural to be bothered even by small things? I think the doctor should reassure the patient about things like that and provide aftercare too.. Anyway, just I think I’ll go to an ENT in Korea and ask about this stitch-like thing I can feel. lol I never want to go there again. They keep sending me KakaoTalk messages about a review event. Can I just write it honestly? lol
