When I look only at my nose, it’s kind of gone from a circle to a triangle, and I think this has a big effect on my overall impression. I miss them. I’m sorry for hating my round nostrils. If I have it removed, will they come back? Since it was built firmly with autologous costal cartilage, I’m anxious. I hope my nostrils change as the swelling goes down
