Will my nasal tip come down?? It turned out too much like an upturned “beoseon” noseㅠ

I heard the nasal tip definitely comes down... so they said they lift it a bit from the start, taking into account that it will come down

Wow, it turned out so well though???? It’s freaking pretty. The nasal tip, lip line, and chin tip come down in a straight line, and the proportions fit really well too. Where did you get it done?!
