I had my first surgery almost 20 years ago with silicone on the nasal bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. This time, the silicone on the nasal bridge was completely removed (the doctor decided to proceed that way, and I was informed after surgery), and I had revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage. I wanted a straight-to-slightly-curved line... today is day 8, but first of all, my nose is too high, the nasal tip is ㅠ And why does it look so much like an upturned beoseon nose.... It looks totally like Pinocchio ㅠ Will this nasal tip come down a bit????? Or because it’s autologous costal cartilage, will this shape not change?ㅠ It looks like a witch noseㅠ I’m wondering if I need revision surgery ㅠㅠ
폭띠니 I heard the nasal tip definitely comes down... so they said they lift it a bit from the start, taking into account that it will come down
코코코좀좀 [@폭띠니] Will autologous costal cartilage also go down?? ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ
지진히히 Autologous costal cartilage also goes down. If it’s day 8.. didn’t you just get the splint removed the day before yesterday?.. It’s absolutely not the final nose shape
코코코좀좀 [@지진히히] Will it come down a lot, a lot..? I got the splint removed yesterdayㅜ It looks too much like a Pinocchio witch nose ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
kikoxxx Wow, it turned out so well though???? It’s freaking pretty. The nasal tip, lip line, and chin tip come down in a straight line, and the proportions fit really well too. Where did you get it done?!
코코코좀좀 [@kikoxxx] Are you being serious...? In person, it’s terrifyingly high, with an upturned beoseon nose, Pinocchio nose, witch nose...ㅠ Is it okay to reveal the hospital name here?
방구에요 I heard the nasal tip definitely comes down. If it’s day 8, it could be swelling
코코코좀좀 [@방구에요] I desperately, desperately hope it comes down........ㅠ
익명 It looks exactly like they slightly overcorrected it, taking into account that it will come down. That philtrum area will also come down over time, so don’t worry at all, seriously, absolutely haha. It’s pretty even now, but I think it’ll be even prettier once the swelling goes down
코코코좀좀 [@] ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ It really will come down, right..? ㅠㅠㅠ Hoo....
쀼코코몽 *Deleted by the poster.
코코코좀좀 [@PpyuKokomong] ㅠㅠ.... Everyone says it comes down if you wait... so I guess I should wait for now......ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
뽀송수건 The nose line is freaking prettyㅜㅜㅜㅜ Please tell me the info too...
이예삐이 Has it come down a bit now..?
코코코좀좀 [@Iyeppeui] A little compared to the beginning....ㅜ
라라랄누 Is it still very upturned like a ski-slope nose?? Mine is like that right now ㅠㅠ Could you look at the photos in my post and tell me what you think? ㅜ

- Review: I’m seriously super satisfied right now - Contracture phase: I don’t even know if it has come yet; I still don’t know whether it hasn’t come or already did (about a week ago, my nose was hard for 2-3 days... maybe that was it..)-
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I was quoted 23 million won... is this right...
I got quoted 23 million won at OO for all autologous costal cartilage.. They say it would be 18 million if I write a review ㅠㅠ Is this right? Since I have a history of 3 surgeries if I include the AS revision, I expected it to be in the ten
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 How is ㅊㅁ??
It seems like ㅊㅁ does removals regardless of the timing. Has anyone here had a removal or surgery there??
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
Just as the title says…..
