I had my first surgery almost 20 years ago with silicone on the nasal bridge and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. It looks totally like Pinocchio Will this nasal tip come down a bit????? Or because it’s autologous costal cartilage, will this shape not change? It looks like a witch nose I’m wondering if I need revision surgery

kikoxxx Wow, it turned out so well though???? It’s freaking pretty. The nasal tip, lip line, and chin tip come down in a straight line, and the proportions fit really well too. Where did you get it done?!
