I haven’t had consultations yet, but would ㅂㄱ or ㅎㅁ also do revision surgery by reusing the existing materials? I am thinking about costal cartilage too, but if it’s possible to preserve and use the existing materials, I want to do it that way
가나영 If septal cartilage was used in the first surgery, you probably almost can’t use it again... It’s not something that exists in unlimited amounts, and the size each person has is different During my revision surgery, they did use ear cartilage for the nasal tip at ㅈㅇ, but for this too, it’s best to find a hospital that’s good at revision surgery, get a consultation, and then decide

잘난남자 Hmm.. If it’s revision surgery, wouldn’t it be better to play it safe by removing everything that’s in there now and using autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage? You’d have to know why the nasal tip lifted, but I have heard that Director Kim at ㅎㅁ handles costal cartilage well
