Hello. In 2022, for my first surgery, I had septal cartilage harvested, hump osteotomy, ear cartilage used, and silicone 4.5 inserted. From the front, I basically have no nasal bridge at all, and the nasal tip looks flattened. I had been doing fine, but gradually I became scared of side effects, and I started to see my nose sinking like a saddle nose. When I went to the hospital where I had the surgery, they said my original nose was also extremely unattractive, and that if I had everything removed, my nose could look bumpy from the front and could also become upturned.
