After my first surgery in 2019, I developed contracture, so I decided to get a second nose surgery. I went for consultations at a few places last week. When I saw ads for revision surgery for contracted nose, I thought it would be around 10 million won even if it was expensive... But the costs varied wildly from one plastic surgery clinic to another. With autologous costal cartilage: 23.1 million won, 17.6 million won with partial disclosure, 15.5 million won with full disclosure At another place, using autologous costal cartilage, silicone, and ear cartilage was 8.47 million won, or 7.7 million won with partial disclosure I’m going to get consultations at a few more places next week, but what price range would be reasonable? Any good tips for getting a discount?

화누이오 For revision surgery, it really does feel like they charge whatever they want. Sometimes I see cases where they recommend something else besides what I actually want too I didn’t have contracture, so my case may be a bit different from yours, but when I got my nose revision at the clinic I went to, I didn’t feel like I got overcharged like that. If you’re curious, I can share how much I paid for my surgery!
