After my first nose surgery, from the time the splint was put on, I immediately realized that what I wanted was naturalness no matter what, and that having surgery itself just didn’t suit me if I wanted to keep that. So I made removal appointments at three places, planning to have it removed as soon as things stabilized after 6 months from my first surgery.
