The photo shows my nose now, 8 months later, and personally, maybe because I had the implant removed after already having alar reduction, I feel like I like it more than my original nose. It comes out better in photos than my original nose did. But even now, after 8 months, my columella still turns red from time to time, so I am a bit worried. Other than the redness, I am fairly satisfied. If you are curious about my original nose, you can look at my first post. The contraction phase gets better with time too, so I hope everyone does not have too hard of a time.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
