I had rhinoplasty 20 years ago with silicone and AlloDerm? but the shape has changed and the silicone at the nasal tip is protruding. I want surgery with no long-term side effects, keeping the current shape as similar as possible and avoiding asymmetry. I’m worried the silicone at the nasal tip might break through. Please recommend a place.
아유다암 In my opinion, for noses, Vibe seems pretty good.
혜성임 It seems like the silicone needs to be replaced and inserted shorter. Usually, if there is show-through, dermis is used together too.
쿨맥도신 My nasal tip also showed through red.. I had revision surgery at Edition, and it disappeared cleanly.
