It’s been three weeks since I had everything removed and had alar cartilage repositioning, but the mucous membranes inside my nostrils seem bigger than before, and my nostrils also seem smaller. I know I’m not supposed to touch them with my hands, but when I did touch them, the inside feels different from before, protruding and hard. Could it be because of swelling, or is it scar tissue? Is there anyone here who experienced this after removal?
