I had forgotten about this community, but I came back after a long time and am leaving a 9-month post-removal review. There are many reviews from shortly after removal surgery, but I don’t think there are many long-term reviews like mine haha. I think this will be especially helpful for those who are worried about leaving ear cartilage in place or tying the cartilages when removing nasal implants. My nose had septal extension, hump osteotomy, and ear cartilage placed on it, and I had the septal extension and support graft removed. For the removal surgery, the septal extension and support graft were removed, and only the ear cartilage was placed on the nasal tip. Even now, 9 months later, I’m very satisfied …

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
