I had rhinoplasty with autologous dermis, and because I was unhappy with the height, I had revision surgery this time using donated costal cartilage. My nostrils show way too much.. Is this botched? It looks like an upturned nose. I'm so stressed.. Please, someone leave a comment. The hospital said they overcorrected it considering it will droop later, but my nostrils show so much that I don't think it will come down. What should I do?
