In January of this year, I had rhinoplasty using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but my nostrils are clearly asymmetric, so I applied for a consultation to get AS. They said it is because I did not get bulbous nose correction, so when I get AS, can I pay extra and get bulbous nose correction too? If I can, will it count as revision surgery fees and cost more?ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
