Current situation December 2023 - First nose surgery (ear cartilage) / 3 million KRW Reason for revision surgery: nasal tip drooping after only 6 months January 2025 - Revision surgery with a different director at the same clinic (costal cartilage) / 1 million KRW Reason for second revision surgery: nasal tip became severely elongated. Nostril asymmetry. The director said early correction was needed. February 2025 - Early correction The photos are my current photos after completing the early correction. <Problems> Columella deviation Nostril asymmetry Silicone implant deviation Cartilage protruding inside the nose Alar asymmetry Different nasal height on each side What the clinic claims is that my original nose was deviated, so the silicone implant inevitably had to be inserted crookedly; if the columella were made straight, the nostrils would be symmetrical, but when viewed from the front, the nose would look shifted to one side. So they say that’s why they performed the surgery this way. There was no apology. If they were going to make it like that, they should have warned me beforehand lol... sigh… Also, the clinic never once took a CT scan. Anyway, the director says he’ll do the revision surgery for free. But I no longer want to have revision surgery here. Even the consultant recommended that I go to another clinic for surgery. Also, I’m still a student. So I’m getting surgery with my parents’ money.. I’ve had consultations at other clinics too, but since it would be a third revision case, they all start at at least 6 million KRW. So my mom seems to want me to have surgery at the same clinic. If I get a refund, it seems I can only get back around the 1 million KRW surgery fee I paid this year. I’m a senior in high school, so I have to prepare for interviews. If I’m going to have revision surgery, it would be better to do it before the interviews, right? Living with my nose like this is stressful too.. Of all times, my nose surgery turned out like this now, so my mind is really complicated…

딱찌 It feels like I’m looking at my own nose right now... Why could they only make the nostrils like that.. Wow, you must be so upset. I also can’t sleep every night, and the whole time I’m awake I keep taking pictures of my nostrils, comparing them, and only looking at things about noses. It’s only day 11 after my revision surgery, and it’s awful. I just shouldn’t have done it.
돈모아야하는데 [@딱찌] I read your post, and it’s similar to mine… Because I know that feeling, it makes me even more upset, seriously.. Still, after living with this nose, I realized that people are not as interested in my nose as I thought! After my nose surgery, every time I looked in the mirror, all I could see were my nostrils and columella. I thought everyone would look at my nose and think I was someone whose nose surgery failed. But if I don’t say anything, people don’t really notice. So you must be having such a hard time right now, but after 6 months, go to lots of consultations at different clinics! And let’s both succeed with our revision surgeries Fighting!

익명 No, what are they thinking, making a kid’s nose like this.... She’s still a nineteen-year-old kid, but she’s already had nose surgery three times. I really hope those clinics go out of business. I have the same opinion as the comment above. Don’t do it at that clinic. Also, it’s not good to open up the nose multiple times within a short period. If it’s not an interview where appearance is important, like for aviation or a secretary position, let’s leave some time after admissions are over and then do revision surgery.
