Is there anyone who had a septal extension removed and underwent reconstruction because of nasal obstruction? I think I have nasal obstruction because my nasal valve has narrowedㅜㅜ I don’t have a deviated septum, and during consultation I was told I need reconstruction. Among those who had reconstruction, is there anyone whose nasal obstruction improved?ㅜㅜ
