I originally wanted my nose to have a smooth line without any irregularities, so 3 years ago I had surgery with donated dermis for the nasal bridge and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. But now the irregularity in my nose has come back, and I don’t like it ㅠ I’m wondering whether the line disappeared as the donated dermis was absorbed, or whether I developed a saddle nose as a side effect of using septal cartilage ㅠㅠ Does it look like a saddle nose? The last photo is from before surgery and one week after surgery.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
