It’s been 3 years since the surgery, and I don’t think there’s any inflammation. It’s not that I dislike it, but I don’t absolutely love it either, so I’m considering removing the silicone implant just to live more comfortably. Please recommend a hospital that’s good at this. Or would it be better to do it at the place where I originally had it done? Oh, also let me know whether nasal tip cartilage adjustment can be done with a closed approach~
