How did people with extremely thin skin raise their nasal bridge..?

I’m going around consulting at clinics because this is a revision surgery, and every clinic I visit says my skin is too thin, so they can’t raise it much. My skin is thin right now, but I have 2.8 mm silicone in there. My original nose was low, so even after surgery it’s still low, which is why I’m thinking about revision surgery. It looks like a chalk-stick nose, like my skin is so thin that only the silicone is standing up sharply;; How did people with thin skin raise their nose ㅠ? I don’t want to lay down autologous dermis ㅜ If it gets absorbed and becomes bumpy, I feel like my life would be ruined ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

Ah, seriously.. Then wouldn’t it be better to just remove it and do it without an implant????ㅜㅜ

[@연회가] If you do the nasal bridge without an implant.. don’t you have to use dermis? Can ear cartilage raise the nasal bridge too ㅠ?

Mine is thin too, but it’s a little over 3 mm.. They said if it’s thin, there’s a limit, so they can’t put in much.
