I had implant-free nasal tip surgery using autologous costal cartilage, and I also had rhinitis surgery done together. I think they used autologous costal cartilage for a spreader graft. I want to remove everything, so I'm just waiting for the right removal timing, but after looking around, I found that many places don't perform spreader graft removal. Even though it's autologous costal cartilage, I want it all removed. Is there anyone here who knows a lot about spreader grafts? I'm curious why removal is not recommended, and whether, if only the spreader graft is left and everything else like the nasal tip support strut is removed, side effects such as upturning could become worse. Everyone, please help meㅠㅠ
