12 years ago, I got surgery impulsively with 2 mm silicone and ear cartilage without really looking into it properly. I thought that since I wasn’t making it extremely high, it would naturally make me prettier. But it naturally made my face look weird. In my 20s it was still less noticeable, but as I gradually got older and my skin became thinner, only my nose started standing out on my face. On top of that, after my nose got hit a few times by my baby’s back of the head, the silicone couldn’t settle back into place and would rattle once in a while.
