Please let me know if you had removal or autologous dermis after removal. I'm thinking of having surgery at ㅊㅁ, and they said that for an inflamed nose, removal definitely has to come first no matter what I'm most worried that my nose will spread out and become too low. If anyone has done it, please share reviews and information
