If it’s a revision surgery, between donated rib cartilage and autologous costal cartilage, is it better to try donated rib cartilage first? I used septal cartilage and ear cartilage for my current nose.. But even with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, it hasn’t collapsed or drooped or anything; I just don’t like the line, so I want it to look a bit more feminine....! Do a lot of people get revision surgery simply because they’re dissatisfied with the shape? The lines I personally like are ㄹㅂㄹ, ㄹㅅㅌ, ㄷㄴ (though it seemed case-by-case), and ㅇㅇㅂ, around that much.

지리찌안 I think I heard that autologous costal cartilage is better than donated rib cartilage in terms of inflammation and various other things.. Look into ㅁㅋ, ㅇㅇ, ㅇㅌ around there. They use a variety of implants well too, and the reviews seemed decent!
